1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment modes for all orders:

- 🌍 International Payments via Stripe or PayPal for global customers
All payments are processed in a fully encrypted environment using SSL-secured gateways to ensure your information remains protected.
2. Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) by default.
For international orders, currency conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider.
Please note that slight differences in conversion rates or international transaction charges may apply depending on your bank.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is completed, you will receive an instant confirmation email along with your order details.
For digital products, download links or access credentials are automatically delivered to your registered email within a few minutes.
- For digital products – Instant access/download after successful payment.
- For DFY services – Project confirmation and onboarding email within 24 hours.
- For physical products – Order confirmation followed by dispatch notification and tracking link.
4. EMI & Subscription Options
For select products and services, we also offer EMI plans and subscription-based billing.
These options are displayed at checkout if applicable. Monthly subscription charges, if any, will be auto-debited as per your chosen plan and can be canceled anytime from your account dashboard.
5. Payment Security
Your safety is our top priority. We work with trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to keep your data protected.
Solution Mize does not store any sensitive card or UPI information on its servers.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
6. Failed Transactions
In case a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within 5–7 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact our support team with the transaction ID.
7. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
8. Taxes & Invoices
All applicable GST and service charges are included in the final checkout amount.
A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address automatically after a successful payment.
