2. Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed automatically through the payment method you select during checkout.
• Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annual, as specified at the time of purchase.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until canceled by you or by us in accordance with these terms.
• All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant gateways — we do not store your payment card details.

3. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp before renewal (where applicable). Renewal fees will be charged at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard (if available).
• Cancellations made before the renewal date will stop future billing but will not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

8. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to all subscription-based services. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, or external factors beyond our control. Subscribers will be notified in advance whenever possible.

9. Termination by Solution Mize

We may suspend or terminate subscriptions if:

• Payment fails or remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
• We detect fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.
• Violation of our Terms of Use, License Agreement, or any applicable policy.

Upon termination, access to premium systems and content will be revoked immediately.

10. Data Retention After Cancellation

After subscription termination or expiration, we retain limited account and billing data for legal, audit, and compliance purposes. You may request data deletion as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Renewal Reminders

Customers will receive renewal reminders before the next billing cycle through email or WhatsApp. You may choose to renew manually or enable auto-renewal for uninterrupted service continuity.
