Orders & Purchases

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
— Digital products: Delivered instantly on your email or account dashboard.
— Physical products: Tracking details are shared once shipped.

 

Orders cannot be edited once confirmed. Cancellation is only possible before order processing. Please contact support immediately with your Order ID.

Your order may be canceled due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or policy violation. A refund will be initiated if payment was received.

 

Physical items may be shipped in multiple packages. Check all tracking links.
For digital bundles, some files may appear as separate downloads in your account.
If anything is missing, contact us with your Order ID.

 

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your Order ID and, for physical products, images or video as proof.
We will resolve it according to our policy.

 

For approved returns of physical products, we send a prepaid return label by email.
Digital products are not returnable or refundable due to instant access.


 

Account

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email.
You will receive a reset link to create a new password.

 

Login to your account and go to Account Details.
Enter your current password, set a new password, and save changes.

 

You can request account deletion by contacting support with your registered email and Order ID (if any).
Once the account is deleted, all access to digital purchases and history will be permanently removed.

Returns & Refunds

Once your return or cancellation is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you don’t see the refund after this time, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Only physical products are eligible for return in case of damage, defect, or if a wrong item was delivered. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or return instructions.

— Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to instant access.
— Physical products can be returned only if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced as per eligibility.

Shipping & Tracking

If a product qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page and again during checkout before you make the payment.

 

You can update the shipping address only before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Check your tracking link shared via email/SMS. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier delays.
If the tracking is not updated for more than 72 hours, contact support with your Order ID.

We deliver across most pin codes in India. International delivery is available for selected products only.
You can confirm serviceability at checkout by entering your postal code.


 

Fees & billing

If you purchased any service or product that includes a payout or revenue share (for example, affiliate or white-label products), the payout schedule and terms are mentioned on the product page. Payments are released only after successful verification and as per the defined cycle.

 

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and International Cards via supported gateways.
All payments are securely processed through trusted payment partners.

Other

You may receive notifications for order updates, delivery status, account activity, product access, or important policy announcements. These are only sent for service-related purposes and not for promotional use without consent.

Support is available Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
Queries received outside working hours will be responded to on the next business day.

After receiving your product or service, you may be asked to share a feedback rating. This helps us maintain quality, improve our process, and deliver better customer experience.
