Orders & Purchases

Simply select the product, complete the payment, and receive instant access to download your purchase.

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if you experience issues with a product, you can contact the vendor or our support team for assistance.

After purchase, your products are available in your “My Account” section under Downloads. You will also receive an email with the download link.

  1. Check Your Account – Go to the “My Orders” section to verify your purchase details and download links.
  2. Contact the Vendor – If the issue is related to the product (e.g., incorrect file, missing content, or functionality problems), reach out to the vendor for support.
  3. Reach Out to Solution Mize Support – If the vendor does not respond or the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team through the “Help Center” or email us at Support@solutionmize.com
  4. Refund & Dispute Policy – Since digital products are non-refundable, we review disputes on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolutions.
