1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements are applicable based on the product type and situation. Below are the eligibility criteria:
- Digital Products: Since digital products (like templates, eBooks, software, and courses) are instantly delivered, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Physical Products: Can be returned or replaced if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Service-Based Orders: For custom or Done-For-You (DFY) services, refunds are not possible once the work process has started.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund or Replacement
- Duplicate payment or accidental double purchase.
- Defective or damaged physical product received.
- Incorrect product delivered (must be unused and in original packaging).
- Access or delivery issue for digital products not resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, product misuse, or issues due to device or compatibility errors on your end.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a refund or return, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery or purchase:
Please provide your order number, issue details, and any photos/videos (for physical products).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method. Bank or payment gateway timelines may affect the final settlement.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled before dispatch. Digital product or DFY service orders cannot be cancelled once access or work initiation has occurred.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you face any billing or refund-related issues, please reach out to us before raising a dispute or chargeback. We value transparent communication and will resolve all matters fairly.
